Control cable application scenarios and general parameters

Product News
Main use and use characteristics
Applicable to control, monitoring circuits and protection circuits with rated voltages up to and including 450/750V.
The long-term allowable working temperature of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated control cable does not exceed 90 °C. The long-term allowable working temperature of PVC insulated and polyethylene insulated control cable does not exceed 70 °C, and the installation ambient temperature is not lower than 0 °C.
The bending radius of the copper tape shielded or steel tape armored cable shall not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable. The bending radius of other types of cables shall not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
PVC insulated and sheathed power cable
Execution standard: XLPE insulated power cable performance conforms to GB12706.2-1991 equivalent IEC60502-1997, flame retardant performance conforms to GB12666.5-1990 equivalent IEC332-1992. (Not applicable to non-flame retardant cables)
Use characteristics: cable rated working voltage U0/U 0.6/1KV; test voltage (duration ≤ 5min) 3.5KV; cable conductor long-term working temperature ≤ 70 ° C; short circuit (duration ≤ 5s) cable conductor temperature ≤ 160 ° C; When laying cables, the minimum bending radius single core cable should be ≥ 10 times the outer diameter of the cable, and the armored cable should be ≥ 12 times the outer diameter of the cable. When the cable is laid, the ambient temperature is ≥ 0 °C. When it is lower than 0 °C, the temperature is pre-heated, and it is not restricted by the drop when laying.
